Getting spam on your Exchange server? Don't get mail from countries around the world? Now you can stop all the spam mail coming from China, Korea, Japan and more, at once. I've assembled a set of IPv4 addresses, published by IANA, the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority. These ranges include entire subnets, used by RIPE, APNIC, AFRINIC and LACNIC, blocking multiple countries, in one broad swipe.
Only use these lists to block large areas of the world. Using the RIPE list, for example, will block all of Europe, eastern and western, so use with care.
